How I Use Star Wars in the Classroom

As a Special Education teacher, I get to teach various subjects. During the last few years, I have co-taught English, Social Studies, and History. I use Star Wars in my classroom to help students understand and make connections. I smile each time one of my students say, "I get it now" after I use a reference from Star Wars in a lesson.
